Appearance

Height: 5'4"
Weight: 60kg
Eyes: Blue
Hair Colour & Style: dark blonde. could use a good cut, but he likes wearing it long. Well, it's eternally long now. He's undead.
Skin tone: fair to pale. Very pale now, only getting warmer when he's had a feed.
Build: very slight. looks almost underfed at times. But he has vampire strength now.
Distinguishing Marks: nothing really. Tattoo on his upper arm - just a small one, and a few scars from his 'torture' at the hands of the Death Eaters. He's got some burn marks that are healing now.
Dress Style: Dennis the vampire likes finer clothes that he's acquired since his death. he's taken to liking the Goth look with a few frills, or a nice long leather jacket he acquired from one of his meals.
Things they would always carry with them (optional): He doesn't need a wand any more, but he still carries his mother's wedding ring. Colin has the other. He wears it on his right hand, and he also wears a leather thong around his neck with a carved stone symbol pendant.

Health

Disabilities/Handicaps:
Well if you can call death a handicap. He's susceptible to all the usual Vampire things - fire, sunlight, beheading.

Health in general – both mental and physical:

Dennis was turned into a Vampire at the Battle of Leicester Square on 26 September 2005. Some of this character sheet describes his life before he became undead.

Before Death:
He hasn't had the best run the past few years, and having taken up smoking (and other vices) he could be fitter. He never eats much. His mental health is exceedingly bad after his torture at the hands of the Death Eaters. He has memory lapses and some blank spots in his memory.

Other: Dennis doesn't remember much about the time he was held captive by the Death Eaters. People are surprised he managed to survive for eighteen months, but he claims they just forgot about him. Dennis honestly can't remember, but he gets into the dark moods, and there are times when he can't remember parts of his day. Big blind spots.

What he doesn't remember is that a Death Eater by the name of Troy Bletchley captured him as they duelled. Troy was impressed with the array of dark magic that Dennis displayed as they fought. Rather than killing him immediately (like any muggleborn), Troy 'groomed' him into the perfect assassin. Dennis was addicted to the dark magic, which made Troy's job easier. Troy's little pet project was not endorsed by Bellatrix, nor did he mention it to anyone. They broke his mind and after that it was quite easy.

With just a simple trigger, Dennis could turn from the amiable smiling young man to an efficient hit wizard with a specific target. Dennis doesn't know this, and he doesn't know the trigger, and he doesn't know why he gets these sudden cruel urges.  He was captured some time early in 2003, and only was found by Colin at Christmas 2004.

Personality

First Impression (others have of you): Even to his victims, he looks like the cute and innocent boy next door. Always ready with a smile, and to be helpful. This innocent smile is his best weapon.

General Behaviour: He usually had a smile for the customers in the store. He was a moody teenager, but now he thinks he knows everything, despite having only been undead a few months.

Strengths: Now that he is a vampire, he has great speed of agility and movement. a very refined sense of smell helps him to seek out his prey. His loyalty to those he loves. His quick reflexes. His single-minded determination when given a project to work on. Like some vampires, he's very distracted by shiny things.

Weaknesses: Dark magic. He can also have a foul temper when things don't go his way. He has an addictive personality - cigarettes, alcohol, muggle drugs (in the past), dark magic. The lure of dark magic is what lured him to vampires in the first place, and why he was enjoying being fed on when his sire decided on the spur of the moment to turn him.

Habits: lots of nervous reactions, as if he were a smoker who had quit. his eyes will always dart around the room. He was an excitable child, so people think nothing of it..

Enjoys: Anything that can be addictive, sex, blood and torture. Had he still been a wizard, the lure of dark magic. 6000+ sunblock.

Dislikes: People who ask too many questions. Noisy crowds. People who will study him like some sort of freak.

Sire: His vampiric sire is Svetlana, who was turned only about a year before.

Children: He didn't know that Rose Zellar was pregnant when she left for Australia in the days before he was turned.
Bloodline: muggleborn

Family History: Dennis was raised by his muggle parents; his father was a milk man and his mother worked in a day care centre. He lived at home with his parents and he was really excited when Colin got his letter to Hogwarts. He was so glad his brother took all those photos, and he was even more excited when he got his own Hogwarts letter.

Pets: none. The boys used to have a dog when they were little, but it died when they were at Hogwarts. He'll borrow his brother's owl if he needs to use one.

Other: When the war started his parents urged both Colin and Dennis to return home and leave the wizarding world, and remain in the muggle world. When Dennis finished at Hogwarts in the spring of 2001, he went to the Muggle world for a bit, but all the while he yearned to go back and use his magic. He worked with his dad on their milk run during this time, all the while still fascinated with magic. he did return, but only for a while. He went back to the Wizarding world because of his girlfriend, Sophia Fawcett. DADA had been his best subject at school (he might have studied a little harder at it just to impress her), and he would occasionally go back to Diagon Alley, to the library and pick out some books to learn new spells. One day, he takes a wander down Knockturn Alley, and discovers a wonderful bookshop and some interesting books on Dark Magic. He knew that it was dark magic that brought down Voldemort, and he wanted to learn some spells to protect his family, and Sophia.

Social/Romantic/Sexual

Close Friendships: Colin & Romilda & Jimmy Peakes from school.
Known Enemies: Well now it's Jander Mulboon, another vampire who he really should know better than to piss off.
Sexual Preference: Straight. He's experimented with a couple of boys, but he would prefer to be the one on top. Although now when a meal is at stake, he'll go either way.
Turn Ons: Anyone breathing with a good solid heartbeat.
Turn Offs: Anyone carrying a flame thrower, garlic eaters.
Past Relationships:lost his virginity to Romilda Vane when he was only 4th year. They went out for a bit. Dated a couple of other girls whilst at school, but had a huge crush of Sophia Fawcett who was a few years ahead of him. He dated her from the minute he left Hogwarts and it was pretty serious. He can't remember now why they broke up. He murdered her by accident after he was turned vampire, and he was trying to turn her.
What they think about sex and love: Dennis is not a romantic. He has no illusions. He just likes the sex, and is definitely not a cuddler.

Magical

This was all relevant to when he was alive...
Wand Type: 11" Holly unicorn hair is his wand (but he doesn't realise he also has a second one - Mahogany, 11", Runespoor fang (excellent for casting dark magic)).

Magical talents: defensive magic (his quick reflexes help there too), transfiguration. Despite his small stature, he is quite powerful for his size. Tried out for Quidditch, and played Seeker in his final year of school. Unfortunately, he wasn't as good as Harry or Ginny and Gryffindor didn't fare so well that year.

Magical weaknesses/aversions (what your character can't or won't do): he doesn't like using the Floo, and is utterly hopeless around cauldrons and magical creatures (although he did get on with the Giant Squid at Hogwarts). Dennis lost his magic the moment he was turned, and that is his only regret - immortality without magic

First sign of magic – when and what: when he was 5, his parents tried to stop him sleeping with a smelly old teddy bear. They hid it, but every morning, they found it in his bed. He had summoned it from places they knew he could not get to.

Romantic interests: First girlfriend was Romilda Vane (lost virginity), a few other girlfriends (to be named), and one severe crush on Sophia Fawcett. So bad that when he finally made a move just before she finished her 7th year, she jokingly told him to look her up when he graduated. He did. He was on her doorstep the day after.
Level of education reached: Did OWLs and NEWTs (DADA, Transfiguration, Charms, Herbology) and finished in the spring of 2001.

Current Occupation: was a prisoner of the Death Eaters until the start of the game, where he will work at Honeydukes with Colin.
Other Occupations (side incomes, volunteer work, illegal activities): Doesn't realise he is a 'hit wizard' trained by Death Eaters and is expected to kill specific Muggleborn or Muggle targets when they choose to 'trigger' him.
Monetary Situation: Only what Colin pays him for working at Honeydukes. They aren't exactly rolling in money, but they have enough to get by.

Faction this character support: He publicly supports Professor McGonagall (even if he doesn't know he's killing muggleborns)
Role in the ongoing war: The amiable and innocent shopkeeper, but with a hidden dark side that will come out on occasion.

What is your character's deepest, darkest secret (one that other game characters probably wouldn't know and that he/she would prefer they didn't find out about):
He doesn't realise that he killed his parents - it was the final step in his training (well, he was supposed to kill all of his family). Because Troy Bletchley was now dead, he was 'free' to go back to his normal life in wizarding society.
